After hearing an unofficial good news from my boss the day before yesterday, my family decided to have a mini celebration. Haha... another excuse to try another good restaurant. Decided to try pierside kitchen and bar, recommended by Simin. I must say it was a good dinner. Nice ambience (outdoor, windy, faces the Singapore River, merlion,esplanade..), good service, good food (though not filling!) I ate the miso cod fish (one of their signature dish), Kok Pin ate the tenderloin (he loves it! He was still thinking about it the following day), my mother ate the roasted snapper and my brother ate the lobster linguini.
