Serangoon Gardens is rather bustling at night, with so many eateries to choose from. Cai, Lynn and I decided on Astons Express - Yup! Didn't know they have a branch here.

Then, decided to pop over to Ice3(cube) for desserts. The last time I was there, I wasn't very impressed. This second visit was much better. We ordered the Alchoholic Anonymous® (rum and raisin mudpie) which was the only Mudpie awarded platinum rating in Sweetest Things, Singapore Best Desserts. Also ordered the crepe as it was half price on tuesday.
