Today, Mum, Ah Kor and I went to Melt - The World Cafe for dinner. Wanted to go to Straits Kitchen or Carousel but both were fully booked. On a tuesday! That's how popular these 2 places are. And there's not many people in Melt. Haha.. my mum was commenting on leaving the restaurant and seeing its name, "Yah... melt your money." Coz the buffet was $65 per head and totally not worth it!
Attacking the sashimi first
There's various cuisine - chinese, indian, western, japanese, etc.
The seafood - oysters, prawns, scallops, crayfish
Desserts ...
Pistachio creme brulee
Bread and butter pudding
Waffle with ice cream
Ending off with coffee
Overall, it wasn't that nice. The desserts look nice but wasn't that nice-tasting.
