When I told my mum that I paid money to let the fishes bite my feet, she got a shock! But that's exactly what I did last Saturday! Haha.... before that, Bin and I went to Jackie Chan's cafe for lunch. Seated opposite the new St Regis, it is a small cafe that you might miss it if you are merely walking pass. It sells Dim Sum from Imperial Treasure, which are yummy but a little pricey. But then, it's quality.

Egg Tarts and Cha Siew Pastry $3.30 for each pair

Spring Roll Carrot Cake $3.30 each pair - super nice!

Mocha frapp $5.50

The new St Regis
Next, we headed for Qianhu Fish Farm for the Spa Fish. Have always been wanting to try this.

It is an interesting concept where you soak your feet in the water with many many fishes which will chew off your dead skin. Sounds and looks scary but it's actually not! The fishes belonged to the Cyprinidae Family (Carps) and they are also affectionately known as the Doctor Fish or Nibble Fish. They are mainly used to treat skin diseases like Psoriasis, Dermatitis, Athlete's Foot and blackhead. It costs $10 per half hour session.

The moment I put my feet in, I'm surrounded by the fishes. It's very ticklish but you'll get used to the sensation really fast. I like the really bigger fishes because I can feel their chew better. Haha they got no teeth so don't worry. I felt really bad that these fishes are chewing my feet, hope they don't get diarrhoea! But I don't have athlete's foot! Haha... It's a really interesting experience, go try it!

Qianhu has a lot of interesting fishes. Here are some..
