Bark cafe was featured few months back in Straits Times for being one of the "ulu" places to eat in Singapore. It is located just besides the Changi chapel & museum (which we didn't manage to go as it was closed by 5pm) and just across the road from the Changi Prison.
Outdoor dining - quite a nice ambience albeit very hot!

My crayfish seafood hor fun $11.90 - Not bad! huge portion too.
