Mussel Guys has some good set dinner which includes soup of the day, main course and dessert of the day. The set ranges from $10.50 ++ to $15.90 ++. Also we can eat facing the sea and Sentosa. 
Soup of the day - Mushroom soup - not too bad
Bin's mushroom pasta ($10.50 for the set)
Bin's mother's Salmon Rice ($15.90 for the set)
Bin's father's Chicken and Grilled prawns Rice ($15.90 for the set)
My Garlic Chicken Pasta ($10.50 for the set) - not bad
